It was a great day the rain held off for the majority of the match and temperatures were in the low 80’s. Had 20 shooters, 2 Varmint class and 18 Unlimited. Great groups were shot, and lots of food was served from Hamburgers, Pretzels, and popcorn as well as other things. Thank you for all that came out. Congratulations to our winners in Varmint Class 2nd place Bob Dunkin, and 1st place Bill Meyer. In Unlimited John Myers 1st place Doug Depweg, 2nd, Dana Waxler 3rd, and Seth Kahn in 4th place. (Seth shot 2 different guns but only his first gun will be considered in the shooter of the year rankings.) Next match will be a 200 yard group match on October 2nd this will be our annual “Hot Dog match” where we remember the past shooters at this match. Meals will be provided. The last match of the year and the Shooter of the year awards will be on November 6th and this will be a 100 and 200 yard score match with 2 targets at each distance for 4 targets total.
